1- The legal basis for our use and processing of your data is primarily the necessity to perform the services you requested when creating an account and using propo, in accordance with our Terms of Use.

3- If you connect your propo account to other software, we will use data received from those services or made available via the integration in the same way we use data provided directly by you.
4- The data we collect is used to understand our customers and visitors, fulfill the intended use of propo tools, analyze and improve the performance of our marketing campaigns, enhance our product, develop new features, and provide access to documents created in propo.
1- If you create documents in propo, data regarding your account and any data you include in the document will be shared with anyone who visits that document.
2- When accessing and signing documents, collected data will be shared with the document's author and with all individuals who accept, sign, or access the document.
3- If you connect propo to other software, we will share your data with those services in the same way we make it available to you, in order to keep your integrations functioning.
4- We also share your data with a list of partners and data storage and processing providers in order to fulfill the purpose of our service provision and run our campaigns. Listed below are the main partners; there may be others not listed:
1- propo does not own its own data centers. All collected data is stored and hosted in the data centers of third-party service providers. As explained in our Terms of Use, propo cannot guarantee that data will be available for access, backed up, or free from loss.
2- propo may move your data and files to a region outside your region of residence, as our third-party service providers have data centers in various countries.
3- Some of your data may remain in backups—if such backups exist—even after a request to remove your data has been made.
4- We will retain your data for as long as you remain a paying customer or an active user. If you are not an active user, propo may retain your data until you request its removal—to allow you to access it in the future—or delete it in accordance with our Terms of Use.

2- propo may send emails or messages on behalf of customers and users. Please treat these messages as coming from them, not from propo.

4- We may call you at the phone numbers provided during registration, during interactions with our team, or those that are publicly available, in order to assist with support requests, address unusual account activity, or offer products and services.
5- You may opt out of receiving specific messages and notifications via your account settings or by clicking links within the emails sent to you.
1- You may choose to delete your propo. account, which will also remove all data collected within it—including transaction data and documents—and cease the processing of your data.
2- Your details may still appear on email lists and in datasets not linked to your propo. account even after its deletion.
3- By deleting your account, you acknowledge that the deletion is permanent and that it is your responsibility to save copies of any data you wish to retain prior to deletion.
